4L I6 wiring harness attachment to intake. Does anyone know if the red circle is a missing bolt and what the part number / size is? I'm guessing a previous repair lost this and should be connected like the one circled in green. I haven't been able to locate this in the parts manual after a bunch of searching. Thanks!

Take the green one out and try it in the red position. If it works that’s what you need. You just need to find out if it’s metric or SAE.
Technically it's a special screw/bolt but if you arent picky take the green one and match the threads with something at ace hardware etc
As suggested, the green and red bolts were the same. I'm going to try to find a replacement. Pictures of the green bolt which is 10mm head.
