Hello all, I'm working on a jeep rebuild and apparently I did not take enough pictures of the roll bar as I removed it. Can anyone tell me what the torx bolt layout is?

There is the front floor flange, the front floor flange to side wall, front upright to side-wall support, the rear flange to rear tire well, and then there are the bolts that are a few inches off of each floor flange. I'm pretty sure the torx bolts in the blue circle, with the large washers, attach the floor flanges. The bolts circled in red are for the sport bar support, so I am good there. Not sure about the 4 bolts in the top right corner, or the bottom left corner.

throw them all in the garbage. Replace with hex-head 3/8-16 x 1-1/4" bolts. (2) @ each C-pillar, and (4) @ the bottom of each B-pillar. The bolts @ each door corner is a 7/16-20.

Uncertain about the sports bar header bar to the windshield frame. Might be 3/8-16 or M8x1.25

I'm with @sierradmax on this one. Unless there is a darn good reason to use socket heads, I would prefer to use hex head bolts. In the case of the roll cage bolts the factory used socket heads so they wouldn't wear holes in the carpet and it looks like you bed lined your tub.

I guess an argument could be made that they look nicer and you already have them so no need to spend more money buying new bolts.

I think the upper seat belt bolts have an unthreaded collar near the head, but I can't remember about the lower seat belt bolts. The large ones could be those. What about the bracketry for the soft top on the b pillar tube that runs down to the floor?

If you really want to re-use them..

Blue circle - Bottom of B-pillar
Red circle - Header bar
Black question mark - door corner cage tie-in (uses a security socket)
Yellow question mark - Bottom of C-pillar

Thanks everyone (especially sierradmax)! I thought about replacing them with hex but then decided to stick with the factory torx bolts. I was painting them this morning to match the roll bar. I used grease in the torx area but if paint still gunked it up, I might go the hex route.
