Tj front roll bar security torx

Hello im trying to replace the roll bar padding on my 2000 tj and it appears that there are two torx like screws holding them together. Does anyone know what tool is needed to remove them or a work around to get them off?

Torx security bit or vice grips also work

Knock the security pin out with a hammer and either a pin punch or a small screwdriver. It'll snap right out pretty easily.
