For sale is the optional MOPAR Rock Crawler front bumper.

Included:
* bumper pads

The bumper has some rust on the lower tabs (visible in the pics) and the only other changes is two threaded holes for a steering skid a few weeks back (see my build thread). From what I can tell the rest has a pretty great finish on it (feel free to ask for specific pictures).

I’m selling this because it’s not compatible with my aftermarket swaybar, otherwise it’s great and I think it looks nice on there. I’d customize it if the structural integrity wouldn’t be ruined.

Buyer pays shipping if outside CO, inside CO (or a similar distance toward WY, NE, KS or NM) I’ll meet up to half way from 80130.

Shipping to 98031.

A quick back of the envelope weight looks to be $82 for a standard ground rate (UPS). If that’s sensible, any overage beyond that (up to double that) I can cover, under I’d happily refund.

Thanks!

Now that it’s off I can get better pictures. There’s a few rust spots to note:

1. The passenger recovery point, and frame screw bracket
2. Both sides of the fairlead mount
3. The driver side recovery point

Instead of refinishing it myself I figure I’ll leave that to the buyer and knock the price down a bit ($550 + shipping).

I can't really tell without being there but is the rust pictured jeopardizing the integrity of where the bumper bolts on? Could I get away with just cleaning the rust off and refinishing or does it need new welds?

No - I don’t believe the rust has compromised the integrity, it’s primarily surface rust and knocking it still sounds and feels solid.

I don’t have a quality wire wheel, but here is a quick little drill attached cleanup.

Note there is a seam (top left), but that’s not a compromised weld it’s just a non welded area.

Future low ballers will be ignored, I'll be cross posting the listing to Craig's and FB Marketplace (if my wife doesn't mind the latter).
