New Copperworks heater core is installed. I am still having problems with my HVAC. I posted this before and didn't get any good answers. I have made a video....see the link below.

When I first turn on the AC recirculate....it's all on the floor....no vents. As you can see in the video, as I cycle through the controls it moves and eventually goes into defrost. But never actually get to the vent. Now....maybe I am looking in the wrong place for the vents....and if so....I'm a newbie to working on the HVAC ducting on a TJ.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't mind my wiring....I am currently installing other things.

Ok....this is what I was looking for....I didn't know there was another one. I will check this out.

So, does anyone have a source or a 3D printed version of the lever that acuates the door mine is broken of course and it is clearly different on the 2003-2006 than the older ones. I know this is not a new problem....no one can find them and no one is producing it. I was just wondering if anyone has made a 3D printed version....I would assume they would make a small fortune.
