Mounting hardware for soft top help

Hi, I’m trying to find what size are the 4 bolts, 2 each side, that bolt in the side brackets for the soft top, the metal pieces that bolt into the roll bar. Thank you so much

Mine were approximately 5/16" self tapping.

Parts lists shows M6x1 x 25mm long in early years and M6x1 x 20 long in later years. Either would work.
