My 2000 2.5. Before and after

Picked her up last June from a little ol lady who only wanted 5k for it.

Next on the lIst is a lift, FINALLY. Only going with a 2in, keeping 31s and going 4.88 or 5.13 gears. Daily and off roader. She's only a 2.5. Can't build her all crazy like. The squirrels can only push so much!!

New front and rear bumpers
New Best Top soft top and uppers

XRC 10k second Gen winch
New Shift knob
New Tuffy Center console
Custom Rock guards
Repainted Fender flares.

Long term? Once the 2.5 dies, go with a 5.3. Already lining up parts.

Beautiful looking TJ you got there, looking forward to seeing that 5.3, ive dreamt of v8 swapping one day... one day. Looks like you got the best color too

the best thing you can do when building a 4cyl is to keep it as light as you can

to save some weight on my 4cyl YJ it's set up with a soft top and half doors (when I run a top and doors), I've replaced the broken stock seats with lighter suspension seats, and I have an aluminum front bumper and skids .. I also don't run the back seat or a heavy tire carrier rear bumper...my spare tire and tools are strapped to the floor in the rear
