They are Michelin Defender LTX M/S, 265/75-16 and the LJ has a 2" spacer lift. The pickup has the same tires and lift. I'm very happy with the Michelins - I can cruise at quietly at 80 mph on the interstates out west on the way to Colorado or Utah and even though I often get criticized because the Michelins aren't "aggressive enough", they've never let me down on the trail.
They'll get another high-speed interstate and low-speed trail workout next month, I'm doing a trip to Colorado in the LJ to get some trail time.
), but I'll bet those tire will run rings around my KO2's on the road in most conditions...which is why asked about the size. I don't think they look that small, maybe not as knobby or chunky, but certainly not dwarfed in the wheel arches like some I've seen...and I say all this knowing full well many viewing this are likely in the over 31" club. I'm more stock-ish focused when it comes to appearance and do mostly road driving. While I think the BFG is a great tire, it might not be the tire of choice when the current set are worn (they came with the vehicle).
