Mystery Leak

I have had this issue for some time, and after replacing the factor skid plate with a Barnes I decided that it was time to address it. There some kind of fluid building up and dripping from the skid plate. The same fluid is partially covering the transmission pan. I have monitored the situation for more than six months, and I have no change in any fluid level. Could this be aome kind of condensation build up from an exhaust leak? The fluid has no smell, but it is thicker than water.

What color is it?

It's almost the color of tranny fluid, but there has been no change in my fluid levels for months. It does not smell like anything.

Looks like oil to me getting blown back and finding it's way places.

It's to far forward to be the transfer case. If it was oil, wouldn't I notice a drop on the stick after 3 months?

Nah, too much oil capacity to notice a slow leak. Check for oil leaking below the rear valve cover and the rear main. I'd look between the tranny and the motor area. Also the oil pan.
