I've skied in it before. yea it sucks. we were skiing in Lake Tahoe in 1989 and the wind chill was -112 it was record cold for them. you didn't leave ANY skin exposed !!!

The lowest I have been in was Virginia in 76-77 winter. I know it was sub zero weather. The cows ears got frost bitten and fell off.
Most were like 1/2 an ear but some lost the whole thing.
Not yet, supposed to be here around 10.

I used to love the winter. The older I get, and after two back surgeries, the less I like it. My favorite is fall now. Still don’t like summer much.
We thought about moving to the Walker County area of N. Georgia.
We figured out N. Georgia has the same hot, humid summers and crappy cold winters that we don't have down here.

I like it!!! But I want inches of snow and no ice.
I am afraid all this is going to be ice in the morning.
