Need a Dune Whip with Flag

I'm setting up for a trip (s) to the Oregon Dunes and will need a Safety flag displayed a minimum of 9 feet above ground so I'm figuring an 8' whip. Been looking around and seeing a lot of convoluted results where mounts and or flag are not included.. Just looking for a one stop purchase that includes everything needed to mount on the rear bumper. Anyone have a source for this.

If I’m not mistaken, I believe Quadratrac makes a kit that includes a mount, whip with spring and flag.

Looked at that but they only offer a 5" pole and I need at least 8' for a bumper mount

The dunes themselves used to sell them right there, you'll need to get your Oregon OHV permit also.

PS: In regards to the Quadratec Flag Kit, even though the flagpole is 5' long it mounts to the tailgate near the middle of the spare tire, so it may be 3' off the ground depending on your setup. That would get you where you need to be I believe.
