Need help identifying this metal plug

I have a 2004 2 Door Rubicon, first owner. I am starting to plan on addressing surface rust underneath and never knew what this metal piece was...now its rusted and I want to replace it. What is it and where can I find new ones? Thanks in advance.

Yep, its an 04 and I never treated the undercarriage. I have been planning my attack.

looks like your arrow is pointing at a floor drain

It's a floor drain, if you order one from the dealer it will be all plastic.
