Need help with a bad vibration

Unfortunately my budget at this time limits my ability to put in SYE and another drive shaft... Did you look at my pictures of the pinion angle they sure look fine to me
 
The transfer case is easy to work on in the Jeep. Make sure you have some good snap ring pliers.
The pinion need to be checked with an angle finder. If you have a newer cell phone there are several apps that you can download free.
 
It's hard to see the rear pinion angle in the pictures, but I agree there does not appear to be a lot of angle to deal with with the t-case drop.

Can you feel significant lateral play at the t-case output?

We need a full view of the DS, TC out put, and rear diff to get an idea of your pinion angle.
