So I pulled the motor out of my 2000 TJ on Friday and one of the o2 sensor pigtails on the wiring harness side got caught on the motor and ripped the connector off. It’s a round black connector with male pins. My question is if I should try to find a pigtail to wire in or if I should just try to find a new wiring harness since it would be easy to put in. Any help would be appreciated!

How much is a new wiring harness? That would be a project to replace the wiring harness. I think I would be more inclined to find a new connector and put it in place. You'd have to modify the O2 sensor with the new connector as well, but it would certainly be the easier route.

These ones do the job nicely:

They make them in 2, 3, 4 prong and more.
