Need help with TJ stalling when I go from reverse to drive

I need some help with my jeep.
My jeep has been stalling either when i go from reverse to drive or vice versa, and sometimes when i stop at a red light for to long.i changed map sensor,power brake booster,cam sensor,crank sensor and still the same issue.Need to fix this issue please help.

Sorry its a 2002 with 117000 miles.
I cleaned iac but did not change it

Also Its the 4.0 engine.It mostly stalls from when its a cold start going from reverse to drive or vice versa.sometimes before it seems its gonna stall if i hit the gas just before it wont stall but itll give a jerk.also i cleaned the throttle body,changed spark plugs.
