Hey guys. I'm new to this whole jeep thing. I have a 2005 wrangler TJ. It has a 4 cylinder 6 speed with at least a 4 inch lift with 295/70/17's. It drives pretty good but it loosing power in 5th gears and any kind of incline. Should I change the gears in the rear end?

4 cylinder don't have much power at high inclined speed and so that is normal.

You need to properly gear your rig for the non-OEM tire size. Cost regear both axles is approximately $1,300 in So Cal.

With that money I would invest in other mods.
Edit: other option like trade it in to a 4.0L
