New radio for my TJ

Hi Anyone

I am buying a Kenwood radio for my TJ and I have a coupla questions I hope to get help with
First I have a factory subwoofer in the console and Crutchfield says I must be concerned about rehooking the factory amp back in or i could fry the radio
Second, I am installing a Sirius/xm tuner, where should the antenna go, I see on late models it is affixed to the top of the roll bar, does that work and if I do that will I get signals thru my fiberglass top?

You probably wont fry the radio, just use the adapter they give you. The factory satellite radio antenna is mounted just above your head on that support by the driver side window under the hard top. It'll be fine anywhere up high you find to mount it as long as it sits on top of the roll bar or supports and not under them.
