New scam to me

I keep getting texts to buy my home, I tell them the last offer was 450k as is sight unseen, so what is theirs? Cash money, never hear back.
 
I visit my house once a year. While I was there, I noticed our landline rings about 5 times a day always with robo calls saying "don't hang up" or some such shite. I canceled the hard wired phone service. We really didn't need it. I am perfectly okay with on the spot capital punishment for telemarketers and scammers. No trial necessary. Imagine if your phone service could have a bill back option where you could charge every telemarketer that call you.
