Hey all,
I just wanted to ley you all know that we just launched out new website!

If I could ask a favor, go check it out, do research, go through the process of purchasing something (even if you don't actually check out and put in payment information) and let me know what you think. Anyone that does that and messages me with feedback will get a sticker and I'll give one random person a t-shirt or hat (you choose) on June 5th.

Thanks everyone!

-Dustin

Went all the way through, added the SYE kit to the cart, put in my (correct, mind you) info.

I clicked Get Rates and then nothing happened for a while. (the little animation is pretty sweet!)

Went back a page, then went to the cart again, and I was able to select a shipping method then. Not sure if it's just me, a one time glitch, or everybody!

Running the latest version of Safari on a MacBook. I am running a developer beta of Sequoia 15.5 Beta (24F5068b).

Other than that, no complaints. I did put in cc info but I did not complete the transaction. lol Solid site, I'll be sure to check it out when I look for parts next time.

So naturally, I went straight to the SM420 page, selected the bottom transfer case (231 et al), and hit an error. The other transfer case links on that page seem correct, but this one has a problem which will be pretty obvious when you compare...

Would you mind trying again? I think it is fixed now. Also, was that on a computer or phone?

Probably did it on his new Iphone 16 pro. Just kidding.

I was able to get all the way to payment.

Do yall sell Atlas transfer cases? I don't remember. Going through the website search by model I see a drop down for transfer cases but I can't don't see anything for any of them, including Atlas and Behemoth.

We don't do the Atlas but we do have the Behemoth Apex in stock. We are building the webpage for it now. We just started carrying it.

Clicked the link in your profile on my phone. Was able to search the page, added two items to my cart, got shipping rates and stopped at CC information page.
Seems legit to me

Nope, not fixed. Here's the problem:

The link for "New Process Jeep 208, 219 & 229" is...

https://www.novak-adapt.com/catalog/adapters/transmission-to-transfer-case/kit-423.html

That link works. The one for "New Process 207, 231, 241OR, 242 & 249" is...

https://catalog/adapters/transmission-to-transfer-case/kit-421.html

You're missing the "www.novak-adapt.com" - the link tries to take you to "catalog.com" as a result.

This is about halfway down on the SM420 page, https://www.novak-adapt.com/catalog/transmission/transmission-packages/sm420-package.html

Thank you! I sent that to my web guys, should be fixed soon.

Nice looking website.
I did see an issue , from the main page with the engine/trans/ tcase photo , if you click on transfer case parts on the upper right , it takes you to a transmission parts page. If you click on the transmission parts it works correctly for the transmission parts page . If you are looking for transfer case parts how would you find them????? Thanks for caring if your site will work for customers , many suppliers don't follow through with this no-brainer step.

I poked around at random, and didn't find anything else. It was just serendipitous that my interest in the SM420 led me to that particular page.

Now you guys just need to start rebuilding the NSG-370 - you'd do it the right way and there's certainly a market for it.

Given my latest blunder with buying a np231j rebuild kit only to have the wrong bearings, would it be possible to list the bearing part #'s in the product description?

Another word of unsolicited advice: Lots of companies spend a fortune on a wonderful website. Then proceed to ignore it, queries from the contact form and/or email are either ignored completely, or take days/weeks to respond. The one time I contacted you guys through your website, your response was quick and complete, so I think you have this one down - just remember that your website is your number one contact point for online customers - don't make the mistake of trying to substitute so-called "social media" for your website! I *NEVER* go to a 3rd party site to contact a company. If they don't respond to their website, I move on. Its amazing how many companies have this problem, many of them in the Fortune 500 and even Fortune 50 - a pet peeve.

Great advice, we do our best to respond at least the day we receive contact through the website.

From my iphone 16 the webpage was quite cluttered. i went through the process of putting a shifter cable in and went all the way to processing. back tracked and saw a save cart function.

clicked on it. did a circlely bit and then nothing. was a bit confused as to what that actually did.

other wise site looks great and is very intuitive. i like the frequently bought together section.

Site looks great. I did Generate a kti for a Gen 3 LS swap. I noticed that there was no radiator included, maybe not necessary, but I think it is. Also, you can click on the Rebuilt transmission "Click to learn More" button. That brings you to a page that mentions rebuilds, but doesn't appear to link through to anywhere you can actually select a transmission and add it to the cart (or call for special service). Kind of a dead end link.

Another usability issue would be a button to "add all to cart" once you generate the kit. What is the point of kit generation if you have to add everything individually? I get that not everyone would want to add everything, but it would be cool to see a budgetary number, at least.

I also went though the purchase process up to entering CC info. That all seemed to work Fine. Win11 24H2, Chrome Version 136.0.7103.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Another thing to consider: I was poking around in the transmission pages again, and now there is a beautiful, scenic background with white text. While I'm all for dark backgrounds and light text (AKA: "Dark Mode"), this ain't it. Its hard to read the text.
