No Bus on dash

My dad said it shouldn’t matter though he’s gonna take a look at it tomorrow when he gets time hopefully just a fuel problem I can spray starting fluid and it’ll almost crank and then stall immediately

Figured it out computer was right but the new cps that I put it didn’t actually work. Put the old cps in and fired right up!

Have a quick question guys my engine coolant reservoir is always empty read that it was the radiator cap
