No spark

Hi i am after some advice i got a jeep wrangler tj on a 1997 it’s been stood for a couple of years its got no spark. i have changed the
crank sensor, coilpack, distributor,
Some times it tun over on the key then it stops it wont tun over got to leave it then 5-10 minutes for it to tun over again.

Is it an automatic or manual transmission? Sounds like an electrical issue of some kind.
