Np231 rebuild

I also got a blind hole puller to see if that made it easier. It did. My transfer case was operating correctly to begin with, but I wanted to refresh it for a fun project.

Cheaply priced tool, but I could find no US forged alternative and they worked just fine. There are other ways to skin that cat, but I like mechanical gadgetry.

Surely someone carries it. If you haven't already installed a TC cable shifter, do that at the same time.
You might check JB Conversions. Don’t see a parts list to compare that to Novak but is slightly cheaper.

I did the Novak kit. It was complete in that I had a bunch of parts left over. Not sure where they went. Instructions were terrible. That blind puller is required IMO. I tried everything else ended up having to buy it. The harbor freight press was really nice to have also but not required.
