Yeah they are a really obscure option, not sure if they are from factory, Dealer option, or a Mopar accessory, but I know they are a official TJ part from back in the day. I only heard about them recently in a Dennis Collins video (Link) 24:03. I don't really know what they are worth, but there is one on Ebay right now for $150.
