This doesn't seem catastrophic, but something is def going on here. Any ideas? I don't think it's the oil cap.

How long did it take to get this way?
Those vent tubes will leak some even with new seals, but if clogged im sure they will leak even more.

The rubber gaskets get very hard and quit sealing. Cut them off with a utility knife.should be able to get replacements off the dorman rack at napa. You'll break the elbows if you pull on them. Also its important they go back in the same places. One has an orifice for ccv and will suck a ton of oil if not in the right place.

I just noticed it within the past six months. I guess I should replace both?

Yah, they are not expensive.
Careful with rear tube, i could not find alternative to replace that rubber, wasted $60 on mopar.

I had great success with using Permatex Super 300 #80057 on valve cover and and on seals around vent tubes. Even used it on hoses for AT coolant lines and on intake manifold gasket, keeps everything leak free, i have nothing but good tings to say about it.
