Novak Conversions Jeep Wrangler TJ engine mounts

P0340 & P0344

If the O rings are old, replace all of them.

The O-rings came with the remanufactured fuel injectors from CS Performance Injectors. They were installed in February 2024. When I install the new o-rings I'll be sure to lubricate all of them. I'll also be adding the Techron Fuel System Cleaner at the next fill up. My son has the Jeep for a few days while I work on his 2001 Chevy S10 Xtreme. I'm sure he'll "exercise" the engine more than I normally do and maybe blow out some of the carbon. LOL!

This is the inline adapter I made. Can’t remember who recommended the adapter, but it’s pretty cheap.

Welp my p0301 just came back randomly. Happened right after filling up with fuel, but today was the first warmer day (65F) since it went away the other week…

Update: Both codes are FINALLY GONE! I installed new O-rings and added the Techron Fuel System Cleaner and then gave the Jeep to my son while I restored his 01 Chevy S10 Xtreme. He drove the Jeep as his daily driver about 50 miles per day from April until July and the codes never came back. His 15 month old daughter was diagnosed with Kidney cancer and everything sort of stopped for us then. F#$k Cancer! Our youngest grandson is recovering from brain cancer (he was 5 moths old when it was found) so this was a huge shock for the family. I immersed myself in his S10 Xtreme to take my mind off things and gave him back his truck as a way to lift his spirits. She is finishing her Chemo and doing well after having one kidney removed and I'm back on the Jeep now. I haven't driven it myself much. Of course, there is a code for a small evap leak that I need to track down now but I've been through that before.

Here's our fierce little warrior, Isla, from a baldbeautiesproject photoshoot last week.

And here's a picture of the finished Xtreme. He's getting ready to sell it now that he has an 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ which is more family friendly.

Sorry abt your families cancer, I hope it all gets better. I still need to figure out my code and it’s soooo cold out now lol. For the evap leak buy a smoke tester it is worth every penny. Just had to fix a small evap leak and the tester made it extremely obvious where the leak was.

Thanks Duner. Good luck with the codes. The advantage of living in Tucson is it's about 65 and sunny. I bought a smoke tester and yep....worth every penny. I had a cracked check valve connection on the gas tank last year which I found with smoke. I had bought a evap solenoid at the time but when it didn't solve the problem I put the old one back on and kept the new one as a spare. I installed the new solenoid yesterday and code is clear! Time to sell the Jeep!
