So my gas gauge issue is all fixed (PCM) but I am still getting the P505 and CEL. No other codes. They Jeep idles and runs fine, no misses, hesitation etc. What am I missing?

A P0505 is an Idle Air Control issue, it has nothing to do with the PCM. The IAC is what provides and controls all of the engine's air when the engine is idling and you're not stepping on the gas pedal which opens the throttle valve plate.
Try cleaning it using this method with a can of Throttle Body cleaner. Remove the air intake tube from the throttle body then start the engine, make sure to keep the rpms at IDLE rpms, don't use the throttle lever to raise them off idle. Raising the rpms up off idle will cause the cleaner to bypass the IAC.
Aim the spray toward the Idle Air Control Passage Inlet slot. That is the air intake for the IAC. Once you give it a healthy amount the engine will stumble and die which is normal, don't raise the rpms trying to prevent the engine from dying. Let the cleaner work inside the IAC a few seconds then restart the engine and do it again. Do this repeatedly until you've run about 1/3 of the can through the IAC using this method.
This method also gets the area behind where the IAC is seated clean which is the orifice. It's important clean the entire air passage way and this method does exactly that. Removing the IAC to clean it leaves the rest of the IAC's airways clogged with black crud.
Once you're done with the IAC you can use the TB cleaner to clean the rest of the TB like the valve plate, etc.. Use a cloth to wipe the black gunk off as you clean.

This is what I did. Sorry, I looked at what seems like a million articles on this issue on the interweb.
So I have power going to the plug that connects to the IAC. The IAC has 57 ohms on both circuits. CEL and P0505 still SHOWING.
Ok after months of troubleshooting with good advice from everyone here, I finally got it. But I still f'ed myself. I had ordered new IAC valve from the dealer yesterday and put it in today. Code would not clear. No resistance in any wire and 12v at the plug. WELL after removing the new IAC and putting in the old one again I noticed the 4 wires in the plug that goes to the IAC looked real bent and just not factory looking. So I pushed them all in along with the orange " o ring things", cleared the CEL and started it up. Idled up to about 1200 and slowly came down to just under 750. Took for a ride and ran very good. Moment of truth was turning it off and starting without a CEL. VICTORY IS MINE. Oh and think I'm stuck with the IAC from the dealer because its electrical. So make sure those GD wires are pushed in real easy like in order to make contact with the prongs on the IAC.

Ive been working through the same problem since day one. My TJ idles between 1k and 1200
I've tried replacing the IAC and TPS
nothing helps and still yielding the P0505 code. Ended up putting all original back in bc the new did not mesh or even match the Mopar parts.
I did just put a throttle body spacer on, no change BUT my jeep does seem to pull better and feel stronger over all.
I've checked for vacuum leaks and haven't found anything.
Is there an option for a new throttle body assembly? Looks like it's all individually sold.
I'll whip out my jeep book and see if I can find anything.
