P0513 - stuck in a parking lot -options?

Looks like my SKIM module or PCM may have left the building.
Got in my 05 LJ (124K), headed out to harbor freight for some toys, and when I went to leave it wouldn't start, wouldn't kick over at all.
Gives error code P0513, looks like a SKIM error.
Got a ride home, grabbed my second set of keys, tried them - same thing (nothing).

What do we think? Tow it to a dealer, call a locksmith, or tow it home and start shopping for a PCM?

Since I would ask... O'Reilly AGM battery, less then 2 months old, appears to be well charged.

@Wranglerfix should have ideas….I’d take it home, disconnect both terminals overnight and try again …and have Mark at Wranglerfix on speed dial.

@Aggie01 it is either your module or pcm. Do you have an auto or manual? Auto’s have an occasional hard shift from 1-2 when cold and rough idle when warm.

Got it back home this morning. Spoke with Mark @Wranglerfix, and the PCM is on it's way to him for evaluation.
