P1196 Error Code Fix?

Anyone have experience fixing this code?
OBD scanner says “Catalyst Monitor O2 Sensor 2/1 Slow Response”
I replaced that sensor with NGK sensor. Can’t get light to turn off
Where should I look next?

How many miles? Best to replace all of them if it’s been 75-100K.

Try resetting the PCM and if the same code comes back, check sensor wiring and ground.

110k. PO definitely replaced that sensor before as it was a Bosch, which seems to give its own trouble. I’ll look into PCM reset. Any any potential ground issues. Thanks

2 straight days the light has been on. I write a post about how to clear it and it decides it wants to go off an hour after. I knew that our devices track our search history but this is getting scary, ha. Either way its off and hopefully stays that way
