My 2000 Wrangler check engine light on> The code was P301 #1 cylinder misfire. I have 91k original miles on it so I replaced the spark plugs and drove it around for about a week and the same code again showed up. So i replaced the coil rail hoping that would resovle the problem. No such luck as the code came back again. This time i swapped #1 & #2 injectors. Drove it for a few days and then the same code came back. Any ideas what to check from here?

I just had my cylinder head replaced at a shop, along will a valve job, new radiator, and water pump. Two weeks later, code P0301, with rough running. Seems to happen just as the engine is warmed up and driving in stop and go traffic. I've read about heat soak, and a service bulletin that recommends insulation on the injectors. Back to the shop....
