with out knowing your year...I did come up with the same but other times it was c4 as a Chrysler lapis blue......many other manufacturers use the same name.
on several touch up sites they don't list lapis blue as a color for the 1999, for a 97 they do.....there has to be a trim tag somewhere on the jeep
It looks like Lapis Blue to me! I wasn't aware they made that color in 99, but I could very easily be wrong.
From what the build sheet is saying it was built in 1997, first register in the UK new in 1999, guess I should be saying its a 97
