That is the export Jeep TJ Aero Bumper End Cap. They're unique to the exports TJs, and I haven't found a source for purchasing them new. You may have to resort to finding a used set, somewhere.

I have no idea where to get them but I will ask this:

Are they required by law in your country? Everywhere or just certain places?

I ask because they are much larger that what we have here and even most of ours have been removed.

They are not required in the USA. As stated above they are not sold here. I've never even heard of them until a month or two ago on a forum. Hope you can find them.

We have them over here in New Zealand….and we get our Jeeps imported from Japan, so I would try to find a Jeep Parts place in Japan...Hows your Japanese ? lol
