Piss & Moan Table

^^^^that's funny shit!!!^^^^

Priceless. Absolutely priceless 😁😂

Now I just want to state this for clarity... this is just a rumor concocted by bored internet key board warriors as a joke...
Do with this as you will....

If you get ducked by some one you know and you are not a ducking fan... save this list and print it off and give them a copy...

The Alleged Duck Color Meanings
  • Purple Duck: Claims suggest the driver is looking for additional partners for group activities.
  • Pink, Blue, and Green Ducks: These colors are often associated in the rumor with various specific physical acts or preferences.
  • White Duck: Suggested to mean the driver is open to any request from a partner.
  • Yellow Duck: Allegedly indicates an interest in specific niche fetishes.
  • All Colors Displayed: The rumor claims this represents a preference for only traditional or standard interactions.

I love my little town... We had one person with a JKU Rubicon who started "Ducking" Jeeps. I'm friends with her husband, and I saw her, out of the corner of my eye, walking away from my Jeep as I came out of the post office.. At first I thought she was just looking at it, but by the time I walked around and saw the purple duck sitting on my mirror she had just pulled out of the parking lot.

I caught up with her that afternoon and told her about a rumor I had heard about different colored ducks and what each color meant, and that purple ducks were used by a very specific demographic of people. Purple ducks meant that the "ducker" and their spouse were swingers and they were inviting the "duckie" to join them for an evening of fun and adventure.... 🤣🤣🤣

The look on her face  was pure entertainment. She was mortified and started apologizing instantly... I laughed and she said she was never "ducking" anyone, EVER again!!!

I haven't been ducked since and I can't say that I recall seeing any other local Jeeps sporting ducks outside of the dash board since then either...

You're evil! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Y’all are reading WAY too much into this. I am not a fan of ducks or badges, but every duck I have gotten was from a kid. Nobody is thinking about the color of your stupid duck.

Lighten up Francis...

None of us here would even think about joking with a child that way... The mental gymnastics it took for you to even think that would be a possibility is a bit of a concern though.

So, maybe a month ago our 20+ year old Deere riding mower started making some rather unnatural sounds out of the engine.
We had already been talking about replacing it because, well, it was 20+ years old and we have probably 2-3 rough acres to mow.
Bought a new zero turn JD from the local dealership.
Yesterday, with a whopping 9 hours on it, a part that controls movement on one side broke.
I called the dealer to get the part so I could fix it and get it rolling. They said "nope, bring it in."
The part that broke is the pivot that the control arms attach to that operates the right side hydrostat. It's made of potmetal and the pivot that broke is probably less than 1/4" diameter!
I think if you spend +$5k on a lawnmower- #1 they should build it better than to use a potmetal pivot on something that is constantly be stressed in different directions and #2 THEY should be hauling it. Or just give me the part and I'll fix it.
I'd actually agreed to that with the very helpful gal in Parts, but someoe overruled her.

I'd recommend selling it and buying something else. John Deere is very anti right to repair.

It's a pretty simple machine, and parts are available. Thats a big reason why we bought a Deere.
We looked at Bad Boy but with their issues with parts availability and the scam they were passing as zero percent financing, we chose the Deere.
Besides, it's replacing a +20 year old Deere mower! Hard to deny a track record like that!
The part to fix it is cheap, like around $20. It's probably going to cost more than that for fuel for me to haul it in.

My piss and moan story made short in attempt to avoid boredom. We attended a off road event this weekend…here are some things I heard while on the trails:

- you need to air down, as I set on non bead lock wheels at 10psi
- you need lockers, as the sun shines on the rubicon sticker
- a 4 door would make that. Maybe, but I don’t want to hear it 🤣
- and my favorite, your going to have get a running start. As I stare at a hill full of limestone steps.

With that said, we had a great time! But sometimes the unsolicited advice can wear on you.

I'd say that "track record" went right out the door at 9 hour of use. Welcome to your new "Deere" reality matrix!

Not able to zero turn , but a 70 year old 8N with a brush hog , would give you another 70 years of service if you change the oil once a decade.

We've got one of those, too- both the 8N and the mower. The mower is too big for the old tractor, though, so I usually put it on our '56 Farmall 560 Diesel.

I grew up with a Ferguson TO-30 , Kinda a Super Cobra Jet version of a 8N . I've only owned a 47 Gibson D model .
The strongest 9.2 h.p. you will ever experience !
