Sorry, can't help with that one. The cover was supplied by the same shop I bought the kit from! I tried finding them myself because I really didn't like the red color, but I had no luck. I did paint it black, though. So far the paint's held up.
Those covers are mainly used for hydraulic hose couplers and almost any shop that repairs hyd. hoses will have them in stock. I've also seen them at Tractor Supply and Orchard. Some of the larger truck stops might have them too.
