Power Steering Fluid Leaking

Power steering fluid is leaking from this line going into my steering box. Power steering is definitely not working like it should. Any ideas on what it is or some easy fixes?

Use a turkey baster to suck out as much of the old power steering fluid as possible from the power steering fluid reservoir. Refill with 100% Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak.

Well I tried the stop leak and it worked great for about a week and then I lost my power steering again and now its leaking even worse than before. Any ideas on if it's just a seal or am I gonna have to replace the whole steering box?
