Dont NJ salt the roads in winter? Look for rust and/or fresh under coating all by your lonesome, that will tell plenty. Why the hell somebody would mount one of those light bars on the hood tells me plenty. Im guessing the JK or whatever it is in the background is the new "upgraded" mall machine.
