I've got all the keeper stuff off of it so the time has come to unload the TJ. I don't want to sit on it for 8 weeks but I also don't want to price it so low that it sells tomorrow morning and I've left money on the table. As any of you that have sold a TJ know, the usual sources like KBB and NADA are way off base.

116k mile Sahara 5 speed. Paint has some minor pinstriping but is in generally good condition (no fading or peeling anywhere). Frame is solid but does have some rust inside the area in front of the rear LCA's if you stick a finger in there and feel. Elsewhere you feel paint. Has switches and hardtop harness for rear washer/wiper and defroster. I have a hardtop but pretty sure I can get more for it sold separately. Bestop Trektop NX is 4 years old but only used in summer and most of the time without the windows, so it's like-new. Other than the MCE fenders and the rock sliders, the rest of the Jeep is pretty clean and unmolested. It drives so well I hate to sell it, but I don't have room for 2 Jeeps in the garage or the budget.

3.73 gears with a disc brake Dana 44 Limited slip rear (out of a 2006 LJ...). 1.5" spring lift with brand new Rancho RS5000x and sway bar disconnects. Engine runs good but has some lifter clatter after startup. Burns effectively zero oil between changes. Battery, ignition coil, distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, and wires all replaced within last year. Full cooling system replacement, alternator and PS pump replaced within last 10k miles. No warning lights or drivability issues from the engine, drivetrain, suspension, or steering. There's nothing broken or non functional anywhere on the rig. The only things detracting from perfection is a silver dollar sized dent with paint damage front and center a couple of inches behind the front edge of the hood (guessing a tow bar-related incident?), and the black brush in the center console opening for the t-case shifter came off and I can't seem to find the right adhesive to re-attach it.

31x10.5 Goodyear Wrangler ATs have less than 5k miles on them. Mounted on Canyon rims in almost new condition. Matching spare has never touched the ground.

I usually suck at this, but I'll say $11 - $13K. I'd say always list a little high and drop it a few hundred every couple weeks.

Pretty clean decent mileage thats about a 12k jeep give or take , also Ive been looking at mce fenders for my jeep what size are yours and do you recommend them ?

mine are 4.5", so with respect to tire coverage about the same as factory Sahara/Rubicon flares.

If you like the flat fender look and you aren't squeamish about cutting your factory fenders, I'd say go for it. They have a breakaway fastener at the lower edge so it would be pretty hard to break them, but if you do, it's a lifetime warranty so just get another one. Don't expect miracles with clearance though. It really only makes about the height of the flare attachment flange, or 3/4" maybe. So it's not enough to get you into less of a lift.
