Based on CodaMan's build, I have been gathering parts for a 2.5" lift for my 2006 Rubicon. Thanks to my wife and kids, I essentially had a lift kit/new tire Christmas. Most of the parts have been backordered and have been delivered in waves. Today I finally had the chance to take stock of everything and start planning for a weekend to get things installed. I ran into some confusion regarding the front springs while cross referencing the 55297 part number. I am getting conflicting information on whether the front springs will fit the 06 Rubicon. Many sites indicate that it will fit an 06 TJ, and the 05 Rubicon but most of the information tells me that it will not fit the 06.
I know that sometimes the fitment guides on some of these sites can be less than accurate so I thought I'd reach out and see if anyone can confirm the 55297 springs will work with my 06. I'm probably overthinking this, but my Jeep is my daily and I rather not get stuck waiting on parts.
