Problems with aftermarket stereo

I have recently installed an aftermarket head unit (Pioneer avh1300-nex), 4 new speakers (JL audio c2-525 and JL audio MX650), and a new amp (Kicker CXA300.4). Ran new speaker wire for all 4 speakers, amp on all new wires. All connections seem good. When volume is low everything works perfectly. When turned up the speakers seem to shut off, and the red prt indicator turns on on the amp. When volume is lowered, everything works perfectly again.
Anyone have any similar issues or possible solutions?

your amp is going into protection mode, you probably have a bad ground connection somewhere or using the wrong guage wire

Bought cheaper touchscreen with back up camera. Everything works when headlights are on and in drive. Again cheaper brand. I am having hard time getting wired to reverse only. Radio won’t work since camera is on. Anyone know how to fix?
