Pulsating, rhythmic vibration

I have this weird pulsating vibration that starts around 40MPH, It only happens when I have my foot on the gas. As soon as i let go it goes away!
The way it vibrates I only feel it on my seat, I dont feel it on the steering or anything. I just put new driveshafts front and sye kit, control arms, adjusted pinion angle, new tires, whole front end is new. Just regeared aswell, But this vibration was there since before I upgraded everything. I'm thinking its the motors mounts.. since it only happens when I have my foot on the gas and at 40mph or maybe I need to adjust the pinion angle more?

I measured my angles, I place the finder right at the top of the shaft and its 17.1 and then I placed the finder in rear axle right next to the cover in the flat area and it read 16.8.
