Pulsating vibration

The relationship between the ds and the pinion looks good. 20* seems a bit steep for the ds. There is a chance you could be exceeding the ujoint's operating angle.

I agree, I’ve got it back at the shop as the guy wants to make it right and figure out what’s going on. I admire his willingness to try to isolate it.

Update 3/15
Turns out vibration was coming from front drive shaft. Apparently after changing tranny mount and doing the tummy tuck, the vibration that wasn’t felt before was now resignating down the frame. Replaced front drive shaft and now I’m back to normal.
