Pulsing vibration over 60 mph

I had the same issue with my 00 TJ after a regear. On mine it would go away with the front driveshaft removed. The only way that I could fix the vibe was with a hub kit.

Mine does this exact same thing(except 70mph) after the front locker blew up and damaged the ring/pinion. Didn't fubar them, but there's a few chipped teeth.
There's a tight spot in the rotation when I rotated the front by hand, not enough where I was concerned, but enough to know it's not 100% right.

The rear could cause issues too.

Thinking about it a bit, it could be wheel bearings, front axle ujoints, or brakes too. All were done on the same day.

Do the pulses change with speed?
I had this issue years ago on an old Nissan truck. Turned out to be the tires, a quick tire rotation fixed it temporarily.

IDK about the OP, but mine was the tires.

I rotated them(X pattern) and the vibration was almost gone. It was completely gone after 200 miles.
