I have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Sport that I purchased a couple of months ago. The Jeep has a pulsing vibration at 70+ mph. A little back story on the jeep, the previous owner had the lift installed and did not know about pinion angle. The Jeep had a transfer case drop and a slip yoke eliminator installed along with a double cardon rear driveshaft. When I purchased, it had a horrible vibration at early speed and so on, which was fixed when I added rear adjustable control arms and corrected the pinion angle. I'd say 90% of the vibration was fixed, but have noticed that I have a pulsing vibration at highway speeds. I removed the rear driveshaft and ran it on 4Hi. All the vibrations disappeared, so I assumed that the rear driveshaft was bad, so I replaced it with a brand new Tom Woods Double Cardon drive shaft. After installing it, I had the same issue. Today I noticed that my rear sway bar links are bad, but I doubt that will cause the problem. As of now I have eliminated the possibility of the shafts being the problem and the pinion angle. Does anybody have any idea what could be the issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Depending upon how long the driveshaft vibrations were present and how bad they were (you fixed this problem with the adjustable control arms); those vibrations could have caused premature bearing wear and the need for the bearing to be replaced.
Bearings where? In the transfer case? I figured running the drive shaft at the wrong Pinion angle would have damage something overtime.
I removed the transfer case today and found absolute zero play on the SYE on the output of the transfer case? Could the output bearing still be bad and cause my vibration at highway speeds? Also I noticed that the input shaft where the transfer case connects to the transmission has a small play and was leaking oil. Could the front bearing be causing my vibrations?
