Question about hardtop wiring

I've got a 2000 tj with a hard top .( Used to be a soft top) I has a 7 pin wire harness coming to the back along with the washer hose. The top it self only has a 5 pin connection along with water hose . is there an adaptor I can purchase , Are any recommendations ? all info is appericated.

Sounds like you have an 03-06 top. 97-02 had a 10-pin connector and 03-06 had a 6-pin. You can buy an adapter here or follow Chris’ write up on how to convert the plugs to match one another.
