Question about Rubicon Express springs

I have the chance to pick up some new 3.5” front and rear RE springs for $200. I want them for my next jeep as I plan to do a 3-3.5” lift with a body lift. I’ve heard though that they can run a little tall initially. Anybody have some that have settled a little over time? These would be going on an LJR with some weight in the front and rear.

My plan is to piece together a lift with the Rancho shocks, Currie Antirock, adjustable track bars etc. So if I can get some good springs for a good price I want to jump on it.

I have RE springs. Mine is easily 4" of lift, but my front springs did sag a bit over the years. Enough to add .75" front spacers to level it. I remember it being more level when new (over 11 years ago). The rears never sagged that I could tell.
