If I end up wanting to sell a set of tires, what would be the best way to do that? Do you just put them on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace? Or is there some better alternative? I have 35x14.50R15LT Nitto Mud Grapplers.

These only have about 5k miles on them, and I am deciding if I want to swap them out. If I do, I don't want to buy a set of new tires unless I know I'll be able to sell these.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Well to be honest, I think your tires are in a small class by themselves. So to sell them you may have to sit on them for a while. How wide are the rims? I am guessing the rims to be 12.5 wide. If so, even replacing just the tires you will still run into buying a wide tire to fit those rims. You might be stuck with them or be forced to buy a new/used set of wheels and tires if you want to go narrower. Put those in the garage and run them on trails or MUD only. Or list them on all the social media, so you can get the most visibility on them. You might even consider listing them also for trade. Those don't seam to be a popular size that everyday people are looking for.

Craigslist, FB, classifieds here in the forum.

Ive sold some things on FB and its usually a horrible experience. Ive had far better luck on Craigslist.

I asked about that when I was there, and he said the rims are 10 wide. So I should be fine to run 12.5 tires. I'll measure them when I get home to be sure.

But I agree, those tires are kinda in a class by themselves. So I think I'll replace the tires and then either do like you said and sit on them for mud or trails or list them for sale. I'll probably list them for sale first, though, and just see what happens.

The guy I bought the jeep from had it listed on FB Marketplace, and he also said that was a nightmare.

Maybe a tire shop would accept them as partial trade. Or put a flyer up in their shop.
