Rancho RS5000x won't extend

Had this identical issue with mine.
Rears extended on their own, front's seem to be valved 50/50.
Contacted customer support, and was informed to proceed with install, and they would work as intended over time.
It's been a few months, and a few thousand miles, with zero improvements.
Front shocks act noticeably different than rears.
TJ still rides good though, and I don't notice the issue unless I jump on rear bumper/front bumper and compare.
Not really sure what to make of that.
You could try to return them or swap them out, but i'm not sure if they're intended to perform in the way they do.

Are you sure the shocks that won't extend aren't actually the RS5000? The RS5000x is gas-charged and will extend on its own, the RS5000 is hydraulic and will not.
I have same problem with my new set of 3,5 raised shocks one of the front is totally bad and one of the back is bad

I went ahead and installed this rear shock. I honestly don't know if the problem resolved itself or not. I may be putting in a small spacer lift soon. If I do I'll see if I can remember to remove this one and test it again.
