Swamp buggy! California has rock buggies, Florida has swamp buggies.
Just what I needed. Cheap ass Harbor Freight heat gun lost a bearing right about the start of the trailer wiring. Nursed it along for several days, but it died completely today. New one looks like a phaser!

For the shutterbugs among us:
I've had a Sigma EX 17-35 F/2.8-4 that I took a hell of a lot of pix in Greece and elsewhere using my Minolta film camera. When I went to Sony digital, that became a 25.5-52.5 due to the APS conversion factor. I still use that lens more than any other, but there were times I really missed the wider angle. Sony's full frame cameras would be a wonderful option, but are VERY expen$ive!
Wide angle is baaaa-aaaaack! Found a "like new" Sony 11-18 F/3.5-4.5 which translates to 16.5-27. Slightly slower than the Sigma, but it has the newer "D" connection which tells the camera where its focused so there's that. After a $50 bribe from PayPal to open a credit line with them, I only paid $77.33 for it! Bought it from an outfit I'd never heard of before, MPB.COM - got great service and can't complain about the price or condition.
Test pix - this was with the Sigma at 17, wife walked into the picture just as I hit the button:

So I left her there when I took this one with the Sony at 11:

Un-mounted Sigma in foreground with the Sony on one of my A200s in the back. Pretty much the same physical size, although the Sigma takes a 82mm filter as opposed to only 77 for the Sony - no doubt because the Sony is APS sensor only.

Yea, isn't it FUGLY? Its the one thing we haven't re-skinned or replaced, although its on the list of things to do. We replaced the fridge - it was one of those french door things with the freezer on the bottom. I didn't really have a problem with it other than the FUGLY stainless ste - er, I mean STAINLESS STEEL - but wife hated it with a passion. I re-skinned the dishwasher door, and got rid of the bullshit stainless stand-alone range hood and put in a cabinet and microwave over the stove instead - the way the Gods intended.Wait @Zorba do I spy a stainless steel appliance in there??????
