Rear brake backing plate: Anything I should replace while I'm at it?

So as I’m measuring for rear track bar length today I noticed my right rear drum is bent. Never had braking issues that I remember. I see the parts on rock auto so I’m going to order. Also already have a brake overhaul kit with new drums on the way. Figure I’m going to need new brake cyclinders as well. Anything on the axle that I may need while I’m at it? I’m sure I’ll find out when I get to pulling the diff cover and sliding out the axles.

Yep, I’m gonna have to pull them to put a new backer in. I have never seen one bent like this and still work properly. If I hadn’t already ordered the brake kit with new drums I would have just gone ahead and done a disc conversion. Did it before on my s-10 and liked it then. Bearings sounded/felt fine. I’m surprised something else isn’t messed up but everything else seems fine.
