Rear Brake Hard Line Replacement Options

Anyone know where to get replacement rear hard brake lines for a Dana 35?

I see some online from Inline Tube ($53 + tax shipped) and a Dorman full brake line kit (about $100) Has anyone used either of these?

Any other options? I really don't want to bend my own lines and I only need the 2 attached to the axle.

I've had trouble with provided lines before, so I'd rather bend my own. It's cheap, easy, and you are equipped to deal with unforeseen issues later. That said, either of those you showed will work.

Bending and flaring is not too difficult, but it does have a bit of a learning curve. If you take your time and practice a bit with some extra line, it will turn out great!

I found the RH side for a Dana 44 worked fine on my Dana 35, Mopar #52008402-M. I couldn't find the LH side anywhere and had to bend my own. I'd give that set from Inline Tube a try though. Looks pretty good, both sides for a good price too.

I had a couple stainless braided lines with fittings made at a local shop. They replaced from the drivers side caliper stub line to the T and from the passengers side caliper stub line to the T instead of bending and flaring new hard lines.

Thanks everyone. I thought about bending my own lines but I just don't have the time to find the right tools (I tend to overthink it) and mess with getting the lines bent and flared.

This particular set of lines is for a spare Dana 35 axle that will be used for a short period of time on my second TJ while I build the Dana 44 that is currently under it.

I am leaning towards speed while managing cost since I hardly drive this TJ but need it operational as I need to be able to move it in and out of the garage while I work on other projects.

I just made my own. Spent a little over $100 for everything I needed including a flaring tool, cutter and bender.

I ended up buying the brake lines that @Irun posted a link to. I will report back on quality and fitment

Wanted to follow up on this thread. Finally got around to working on this project. Fitment of the lines is great! Very happy with the way it came out.

Note that I also replaced the center brake line and axle vent bolt, as well as new wheel cylinders
