I purchased a g2 bare differential.
The problem is the race doesn’t fit(too small) and bearings will not fit pinion.
Initially, I bought a tj repair kit for the Dana 44, nothing fit, then was told it had to use JJk parts.🤷‍♀️
Anyone with experience with g2, any info is better than no info thanks

I'm sure you can call G2 support and they'll give you a list of the required part numbers.

Post then here for posterity.

I put a G2 44 on the front of my wife's JK...got a Rubicon 44 off CL that was bent with 5.13s and everything moved over with zero issues.

I tried calling g2, their phone has been disconnected

Pretty sure they went the way of the dodo following the Wheelpro/Hoonigan bankruptcy.

Those housings are meant to use JK gears. If you search on here there is a thread that has the relevant part numbers to put it together.

I searched couldn’t find the thread

So, the g2 differential Dana 44 for the tj requires ALL jk parts
3:73 carrier
24 spline 1310 yoke
The desired gear ratio jk part
Jk pinion
Jk master rebuild ki
